We just added a useful new feature to Highrise. Now you can filter notes and emails by author. The new filter shows all the entries posted by a certain person on your account. For example, you can filter by your new salesperson Janice to see any notes Janice has added in her first week on the job. You can also check to see if Janice has added any notes to a particular contact.
The new filters appear above the history on your Dashboard and above the history of every contact, case or deal:
The previous version of this header had two links for toggling between List view and Expanded view:
In the new version, you can toggle the views using a pulldown on the far right. The new author filter appears to the left of the view pulldown. The filter is set to show entries from "Anyone" by default:
When you click the author pulldown, you'll see the name of each User on your Highrise account. These are the people on your team who have access to your Highrise account.
When you click an author's name, the history will refresh and only notes and emails from that author will be displayed:
